"I'm really going to miss my neighborhood and especially my little sweetpea!"

For the past 26 years I've been completely enchanted by the beauty, quirkiness, and diversity of this nearly perfect place where  Nicole and I have grown up together.  I can't imagine a better neighborhood for raising and having  fun with my most incredible daughter.  Some may think I'm crazy for moving away, but don't worry...I'm pretty sure I'll be crazy for the rest of my life wherever I live,
