     Very soon I will lose this opportunity to expose myself for the foreseeable future to a half-dozen or so of my most trusted & excellent friends.
      What in the hell does that mean anyway?  "foreseeable"  Isn't that synonymous with predicting the future?  Who do you know who guesses correctly what the future holds for all of us more than half the time?  If you know anyone who does, you'd be filthy rich...but in the end, that's not worth doodley-squat, is it?
      I prefer not knowing what's going to happen next.  How tragic it would be if we all knew how it was going to play out...existence is difficult enough, as it is.
      Thanks to those of you who are following whatever it is that's coming from my fragile heart, and I surely thank you for always letting me see who you really are.  Please stay tuned to any future utterances from this place, if I'm lucky enough to throw them your way again.  I'll be around as long as I can, and I hope you will be too.
